What IGNITE Is

You go through it before you lead it.

IGNITE is a leader-training group on Zoom — a few men, meeting weekly for a season. You won't sit through lessons on how to run a men's group. You'll go through the real thing yourself: your story, Scripture, honest conversation with men who are after the same thing you are. By the end you won't just understand how a group works — you'll have lived it, and you'll be ready to start your own.

FORGE groups are invite-only — a man who knows you invites you in. IGNITE is for the man already walking with Christ who senses he's meant to lead other men — but doesn't yet know how to start.

The Format

Weekly sessions on Zoom over several months. The same rhythm every week: prayer, Scripture, honest conversation, one thing to carry into your week.

The Size

Three to six men. Small on purpose — small enough that no one coasts, close enough to sharpen each other. Not everyone who comes to the webinar joins a group.

The Cost

Free. Rocking Life is donor-supported. If it's worth it to you afterward, you can give — no pressure either way.

The Outcome

You come in wanting to grow. You leave ready to lead. The deeper walk with Christ comes first — the Holy Spirit does that work — and the leadership grows out of it.
